PAYMENT

All payment is collected at the time of checkout. Credit Card payments are processed using Stripe.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of ordering. All orders (excluding custom ones) will ship out within 3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at the time of shipping. All orders ship USPS. Orders shipped to a wrong address will not be refunded or reshipped. We also cannot claim responsibility for lost or stolen orders. Once your order leaves our facility it is at the mercy of the United States Postal Service. We appreciate your understanding.

ALLERGIES

We urge you to read our product labels carefully. Many of our products contain nut butters and oils. We encourage you to test our products on a small area of skin to make sure an adverse reaction does not occur before using the product fully.

REFUNDS and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, however, if you are unhappy with your products for any reason please let us know and we promise to make it up to you.
